This time is filled with so much learning, between school,  new jobs, and dealing with new relationships. I believe most importantly, this time is about learning who you are.

Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, building life skills, or something else, I have many tools to help you reach your goals.

Our work might include

You are amazing as you are. The world needs the truest, most genuine, badass version of who you can be, and you get to be that.

My wish

Whenever you hear that dreaded question of ‘what you will “be” when you grow up’ you will know- You’ll be able to say, “I will be powerful. I can do big things without shrinking myself. I know my truth and my boundaries AND I speak them. I get to have relationships that support me. Whatever I will “be”, I trust I will be okay, because I have myself, and I’m awesome.”

FAQ's

Will you tell my parents my business?

At the start of care we will discuss the boundaries you want to set with how much you want your family/supports involved. We can meet together with them if you want to sometimes so they can better understand you and what kinds of help you need when you need it. If you do not want them involved in your care at all that is fine too.

If you are under 18 a parent or guardian needs to sign paperwork to start care. Once we start treatment, if you are of danger to yourself or others we might bring them into a session so you can tell them yourself, or you might request for me to talk with them for you. I will always aim to respect your wishes whenever possible.

No, I am only licensed in NY. We will plan for vacations and holidays, potentially connecting you to a different therapist for that period of time or if there are no safety issues, pause care.
